B) LUGGAGE TRANSPORT (Morocco edition only)

For each participant the Organization will transport from the start of the first stage to the end of the last stage, at no additional cost:

– No. 1 crate (dimensions 80x40x40 or 80x35x45 cm for a maximum weight of 30 kgs.);

– No. 1 soft bag (for a maximum weight of 20 kgs.)

– No. 2 spare wheels/tires

Any other item will not be carried.

Organization will not be responsible for any damage to the contents.

Upon request and depending on space availability, additional items can be transported.

These are the costs:

– Crate: Euros 60/each

– Soft bag: Euros 40/each

– Spare wheel: Euros 30/each

– Spare tire: Euros 20/each

C) BORDER PROCEDURES (Morocco edition only)

Ferries to Morocco are operating normally from France, Italy and Spain.

When entering Morocco with a vehicle (vehicles), this (these) vehicle (vehicles) will be registered onto your passport. This means you can only leave the country together with same vehicle (vehicles).

Driving to Morocco by motorbike (or any vehicle) but returning by plane and letting somebody else drive back the motorbike (or any vehicle) to Europe, is normally NOT possible. (At specific offices it is possible to make a communication specifying the reason why one or more vehicles associated with your passport remain in Morocco and for how long.)

Power of attorney:

Any person wishing to enter Morocco with a vehicle which is not registered to his/her own personal name, must carry a “procuration”. This is a document filled in by the real owner in which he/she clearly allows the other person to temporarily bring the vehicle to Morocco.

This document normally is not valid unless it has been validated by a notary or a lawyer. Make sure the document has an official stamp and it is translated at least into French.

1 – ASD RALLY TEAM ENERGIA & SORRISI (transport)

Round-trip transport of the motorcycle + 1 crate + 1 soft bag + 1 set of wheels/tires + 1 work mat + 1 motorcycle stand

The above-listed items must be delivered by the mid of March 2027 to one of the following locations:

a) the Energia&Sorrisi HQ in Altavilla Vicentina (Italy)

b) a warehouse near Turin (Italy)

c) a warehouse near Nîmes (France)

For security reasons, the exact address will only be provided to those who purchase the service.
The motorcycle, crate, soft bag, and wheel/tire set will be delivered directly to the hotel in Erfoud.
From there, they will be loaded for return transport on April 12, 2027.
The delivery dates to Nîmes and Turin will be communicated later.

Deadline to book this service: January 15 2027, or when places are sold out.
The cost of the service is:
– for single-cylinder motorcycles = €1,000
– for multi-cylinder motorcycles = €1,250

NOTE: The amounts may increase by up to €100 due to potential rises in fuel and ferry costs, which will only be confirmed in early 2027.

Required documents (to be handed over with the motorcycle):
– Original registration document of the motorcycle
– Copy of your passport
– Authorization for motorcycle transport + temporary import to Morocco (these forms will be provided via email upon booking the service)
– Green card insurance valid for Morocco. If your insurance does not cover Morocco, you can purchase temporary insurance at the Moroccan border when entering with your motorcycle. The minimum duration is 10 days. The updated cost (subject to change) will be provided later.
– A detailed list, in two copies, of the contents of the crate and the soft bag (a summary of all required documents will be provided via email upon booking).

2 – TRACE OF MOROCCO (assistance)

End-of-stage motorcycle maintenance: air filter and chain cleaning, engine oil check and replacement if necessary (spare parts not included)
Replacement of worn parts (spare parts not included)
Damage and breakage repair (spare parts not included)
Assistance cost = €600/motorcycle

Service is provided under the following conditions:
– after verifying the good condition of the motorcycle
– booking and payment of the service (contact for details) at least 30 days before the start of the event

3 – DESERT SOUL RALLY TEAM (assistance + transport)

The Desert Soul Team Lamas Rally Morocco assistance and transport services include:

– Transport of motorbikes from Slovenia, Austria, Italy (pick-up and delivery possible along the Venice–Milan–Genoa–Barcelona route) to the rally site (we can also arrange pick-up/delivery to your address in other countries from Greece to Norway, upon individual request)
– Transport of 2 rally boxes and 1 set of wheels, provided by you
– Rally assistance: fuel refueling, compressed air, tools and workshop, race tents and night lighting
– Personal sleeping tent and mattress
– Daily maintenance and external mechanical support for your motorbike
– Light snack after each stage, soft drinks and coffee

E) MOTORBIKES RENTAL (Morocco edition only)

1) YAMAHA TENERE 700 for RENTAL (including mechanical assistance)

There are 6 Yamaha T700 (year 2023-25) available for rental
The rental fee for the entire event is 1.200 euros
The motorbikes are supplied with new tires (with inner tubes), new brake pads.
A security deposit of 1000 euros is required
Any damage is the responsibility of the renter.

The rental fee includes mechanical assistance (as listed above) during the event.

KTM EXC 450 (including mechanical assistance)

There are 6 KTM EXC 450 (year 2023-25) available for rental
The rental fee for the entire event is 1.500 euros
The motorbikes are supplied with new tires (with inner tubes), new brake pads.
A security deposit of 1000 euros is required
Any damage is the responsibility of the renter.

The rental fee includes mechanical assistance (as listed above) during the event.
