DISCOVERY formula.

An adventure where each participant faces the beauty and challenges of the desert, as happens in the great African rallies and raids. The important thing will be to follow the GPS track of each stage at your own pace, respecting some transit points (WPC = control waypoint), the indicated speed limits, and a maximum daily time for safety reasons.

In this way, you will qualify as a FINISHER of the stage. Those who qualify as FINISHERS in all 6 stages will earn the title of DISCOVERY FINISHER of the Lamas Rally Morocco edition and will receive the corresponding prize.

RALLY Formula (ROADBOOK or GPS)

An orientation and constancy event inspired by the great values of legendary rallies: adventure, competition, and discovery.

It features a 6-stage route crossing the Moroccan desert from its highlands to the dunes, navigating through all the challenges of riding such as rivers, sand, Fesh Fesh, fast hamadas, challenging ergs, and beaten off-road paths.

Each stage will include Selective Sectors where respecting the limits and passing the mandatory waypoints (WPs) within the maximum time limit is crucial to avoid penalties, using either the ROADBOOK or GPS, depending on the chosen category.

The routes of the ROADBOOK and the GPS are different from each other.

In the hundreds of kilometers of each stage, physical and mental preparation is necessary, as one must not forget that the key to the Rally is not to be the fastest, but to be consistent and error-free.

The ones who accumulates the least penalties at the end of the 6 stages will be the winner of their category.

REGISTRATION FEE:

– BEST Registration Fee DISCOVERY: 2400 euros (payment by 06/30/2024)

– BEST Registration Fee RALLY: 2550 euros (payment by 06/30/2024)

– SUPER Registration Fee DISCOVERY: 2600 euros (payment by 09/30/2024)

– SUPER Registration Fee RALLY: 2750 euros (payment by 09/30/2024)

– STANDARD Registration Fee DISCOVERY: 2800 euros (payment by 01/31/2025)

– STANDARD Registration Fee RALLY: 2950 euros (payment by 01/31/2025)

– minus 100 euros for those who do not use luggage transport during the event

– Service member or Accompanying person: 1250 euros (payment by 01/31/2025)

– Accompanying car during the event: 200 euros (payment by 01/31/2025)

– Accompanying van during the event: 300 euros (payment by 01/31/2025)

– Accompanying truck during the event: 450 euros (payment by 01/31/2025)

WHAT THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

– GPS tracks + WPC for Discovery formula

– Digital Roadbook* or GPS tracks + WPs for Rally Formula

– Digital Event Control Platform – while running the event

– Administrative set (adhesive identification labels, ID bracelets with emergency number)

– The permission of the Federation Royale Marocaine de Motocyclisme (FRMM), which includes authorization to travel in desert areas

– The AME M.C. ssd card valid for 2025

– 1.800 kms – 6 stages

– 8 nights (from 03/08 to 03/15 2025 included) in half board, double room accommodation.

– 6 “special snacks” at the end of each stage

– Water free of charge at control points and at refreshment points

– Organization and safety proven over time

– Experienced Medical Team during the event and along the route with 4×4 ambulance

– Recovery Service along the route

– Possibility to leave your vehicle at the departure and arrival hotel.

WHAT THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

– Transport of riders and motorbikes to Errachidia and back

– Rental fee of the tracking and safety device (mandatory)= 150 euros

– Single room supplement (until availability lasts) = 350 euros

– Motorbike insurance

– Medical insurance with medical repatriation (mandatory)
