In case of cancellation by the participant the 20% of the registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances, for covering of administrative and organizational costs. In special cases (for example serious illness or injury) the amount can be kept for a next edition or for an other event organized by us.

Any cancellation must be communicated no later than 30 days before the departure date (beyond which the full amount will not be refunded) via mail to be sent to the following address:

If the event is postponed (for over 2 weeks) or canceled by the organization for any reason, the participant can choose between full refund or leave a deposit for the next edition.
